What's This?

This is the new utility bar.  Getting a little techy.. we've made use of the new standards in Web Technology.  This makes our website accessible to handicapped users who need to use screen readers or it will allow you to view our website on your ultra modern web enabled phone.  However, with this comes some down sides.  Do to the state of the art layout techniques, it will mess up printer layouts.  For this reason we've designed a simple printable template accessible through the utilities bar.  You are not required to select for it will print this way automatically, however, we've offered it as an option to browse in.  The no style option is those used by older browsers that don't support styles, cell phones and screen readers.  Unsupported browsers have the option to see if a style will work.  If it does not, the no-style option is a simple undo switch.
