  • Take care of your blood sugar level. Seriously. In addition to taking some deep breaths, having a (healthy) snack is always a good idea. It may not fix the issue, but it sure will make it easier to handle. :)

  • Does the website look all weird? Check what browser you're using. The website is optimized for Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. If you're using another browser, that may cause design or functionality problems, so make the switch.

  • Forgot your username or password? Go to this page. You'll have to provide the email address or username associated with your member profile. Once submitted, an email address will be sent to the address we have on file and will include a link back to the site to reset your password. You can also contact us using the form on the top bar under the website header and we can take care of it that way.

  • Already a member and need some guidance to navigate the site? You got it. Check out this member how-to page. Use it to make sure you're taking full advantage of the site, or just to get clarity on some of the features you're already using.
